An absolute pleasure to deal with Luke at SDR Autos. From the first phone call enquiry to then picking the car up and driving it home, the customer service was exceptional; friendly, professional and polite. Luke has impeccable knowledge of the Alfa brand and was really enthusiastic about the car, which was a great purchase and really looks the business. SDR very kindly put a brand new MOT on the car, along with a service and a great valet all round too. I'll be returning for services in future and I'm delighted to finally be part of the Alfa owners family!
Had a diagnostic warning displayed on my Alfa Brera, on idle the car was running a lumpy - made email contact with SDR Autos and they offered to take a look at the car straight away. Took the car up to them on a Saturday morning - They investigated and ran a diagnostic check immediately, provided a report & found the issue. They initially reset & cleared the engine check light but said if warning comes back bring the car in when ready and they will resolve. I booked the car in the following week and after 2 hours labour, new sensors, coil pack & airflow meter had the car running perfectly Really recommend Luke & Simon to look after your Alfa's
went here for a new car luke was absolutely amazing ! super clean car took me out for a test drive even in the snow , touched up all the little details i asked about , did a full service mot replaced tyres and windscreen wipers ! so so so happy with my new car it’s BEAUTIFUL can’t recommend these guys enough LOVE my new car!!!! :
Great experience purchasing an Alfa Romeo . Luke looked after us and what appealed was the 6 month in house warranty. When we had an issue Luke repaired the car quickly without any fuss.
Luke and the rest of the guys at SDR autos are a pleasure to deal with and first class in their service. From day 1, it was clear that customer service and building good customer relations is at the forefront of what they do. I purchased a Brera S just a little over two years ago and the car has been thoroughly looked after by the guys since I left the forecourt. I've had it before by some dealership's where as soon as you buy the car they don't really want you to know afterwards. My experience with SDR wasn't like that at all and they have always been on hand to help wherever they can.
I bought an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from SDR August 2022. I was slightly anxious, as I placed a deposit down on the car before viewing, which I’d never done before. I needn’t have worried, as the car was really lovely, and exactly as described. Luke was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The car was serviced and MOTd before collection, with minor issues sorted out. The car has been perfect so far, and the 6 month in-house warranty has given me peace of mind, given the all-around positive reviews SDR have and the fact they are an Alfa Romeo specialist. Definitely recommended!
Luke was fantastic. I was struggling to find the time to come out and view the car. He was flexible with viewings and took a deposit over the phone so the car didn't go to someone else. All work required, including extra I hadn't mentioned, was completed on time and the car looked in pristine condition when I came to pick it up. If you're in the market for an Alfa they're more than worth a call
