Had my MOT done by them. All I can say is: Excellent service, brilliant quality and just generally great to deal with!! Can't recommend Terry and the team enough, will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

Booked in for a few issues and a full service. Received excellent service, good value. Will definitely be returning in future. Update: Feb 23 - have returned a few times, still excellent service, they always manage to fit me in quickly and are really helpful.
Had my MOT done and recently got the beam light bulbs changed. The staff were friendly and kept me updated. Waiting time wasn't bad and you were able to see the procedure in the garage from the waiting area. Would definitely recommend their services.
This was my first time using this company for an MOT and I was impressed with the customer care and even spent some time chatting with the owner. I would definitely recommend this company as they are genuine and honest.
Mixed reviews. RAC recommendation after breaking down on A12. Negative points. Work took longer than stated, would have had my van recovered elsewhere if I'd known being told it would be done the following dayfriday would actually mean Tuesday. Undertray to van engine bay never replaced after work completed. Postive points. Repair seems to be completed well and haven't had any more issues. Was given courtesy vehicle.

This company is the most friendly and accommodating that I have ever dealt with. They really pulled out all the stops to help me out of a difficult situation, when my regular garage just could not be bothered Avenues Garage Thorpe le Soken. So needless to say I will in future travel from Thorpe to Witham to deal with this great company! Peter K
Having left my wallet at work, my tyre burst on the A12. I managed to get the car in here and was flapping so much I had a birds eye view of Essex. What a fantastic service, they took the car in straight away and fixed the tyre, everyone was lovely and the service was quick and efficient. I got the other two tyres done at the same time for a very very reasonable price and they made me a tea. Would highly recommend the garage not blowing out a tyre. Avoid that at all costs. thanks!
