Why is there not a 0 star option DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! rip u off with cars that aren't reliable brought a car for £1800 told it had just had a mot everything was fine few weeks later clutch went took to garage to be told there was a problem with the exhaust as well as a hole in the gear box said the car was a right off!!! Will never ever buy from here again and I'll make sure everyone i no won't either! Absolutely shocking!!!!
***NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE*** Wish there was a option for 0 stars , terrible place My elderly grandparents brought a car from here to drive it the next day and the car broke down. The head gasket had blown and there was many problems with the engine. Returned the car the same day and seller did the work on the car even tho my grandparents wanted a refund, he did the work anyway and he would only refund part of the money . He withheld £100 until we sent the log book back to him, surprisingly it never came he had scammed them out of the money, absolutely appalling I REPEAT NEVER BUY FROM HERE
Sold me a honda told me it's fine nothing wrong with it ,few months of having it drive shaft blows off and goes flying down the street ! Dishonest place do not care about customers at all .
Needed a low cost run around, and we'd looked at a few garages and online before going to New Street Autos. Guy was very patient, took me 3 days to decide which cars I wanted to test drive and finally chose a car. Should have collected it yesterday but got stuck in traffic with a dead phone. Finally collected car today. Even offered after sales care and next year's MOT. Will definitely be using here again
Do not go to this place. I was told there was nothing wrong with my Peugeot 206. What do ya know I had problems. Took it back and was told its fine. Took it back again and had the water pump "replaced". Once my warranty ran out I took it to an actual garage who told me the car was unsafe to drive, turns out the radiator in the car never worked and I was lucky it hadn't overheated and blew the head gasket. Do not I repeat DO NOT go to this place.
Crooked terrible business to buy from. Brought a car and the brakes were unfit to be used!! Shocking. Cost me £300 to put the car right! The jamaican guy who owns this place, lies to you when you call up anddont believe him when he says that he will put the car through an mot, as the guy who he uses is about to stuck off!! Avoid like the plague as your safety will be at risk.
Don't not use them. selling car not fit for the road and trye under 1.6mm and other work need doing and not willing to do it. Blame you its down to you to look at the car and issue not with.
Brought a car in August and the clutch fell out. Seemed a genuine nice guy and fixed problem. Just taken car for mot and sub frame wasn't fitted properly leaving the car dangerous to drive.
Have always brought my cars from here great garage wide range of cars reasonably priced . Service is great would highly recommend
