Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I can only say, in my case that I was astounded by the quality of this service. They were with me within 48 hours of initial call, the actual price was cheaper than their instant online quote and the standard of work was exceptional. Il be using them again if i need to, no hesitation

Avoid like the plague, booked a repair in January, repair was carried out The colour was a different shade so they arranged another visit, this was then cancelled with less than 12hours notice as the tech guy had double booked with his passport appointment! No follow up from the company but still charged me £450!!! Area manager admits his technition should not of cancelled but will not resolve the issue! Avoid them at all costs, so much for Autoglass's customer service, just a bunch of cowboys. Will be taking them to court to recover the money

One star is far to much but got no choice! They repaired near side both doors on my car today.drips of paint work,not filled dents,plastic trim covered in paint,wheel covered in paint,half of bonnet have got spray must, driver mirror broken as he tried to unfold it by hand when is electric,door handle trim ripped off brushed aluminium parts covered in paint.car left dirty .don't use them please! Bunch of unprofessional people,they should stick to glass repairs only!

Please avoid this people , I'm vehicle in inspector for large fleet and jobs that been done by that company is absolutely as I'm going to fail due to poor quality , contamination , flat paint , you name it its there

I recently sent Autoglass Body repair some photos on their app of a small dent I wanted a quote for repair. The guy rang the following morning and gave me the price which was pretty expensive. He said he'd email the quote and I thought great, time for me to have a think, get some other quotes...only since then I've been bombarded by Autoglass (Alison and maybe another) chasing up whether I want the work done, I've not took the call as it was 0800 - but then they text you to say the same. So if I was going to use Autoglass Body repair I wouldn't now on principal because of their hard sell - cold calling approach !!!!! Wake up Autoglass if I wanted you to do the work i'm quite capable of letting you know I don't need to be chased constantly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-(
