I can highly recommend Fidelis Security & Locksmiths. I went to their place with my damaged van key and spare one not working. Cameron and Paul in the shop immediately took the keys and replaced the battery in one and offered to repair the other one but I did asked if would be possible to have brand new key but this time , I wanted to have a flip one. Within 20minuts I left their shop with brand new key which needed to be coded to my vehicle. Their professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills are very high which is so important to me. Well done guys! If I will have any issues  In the future, I will be coming straight to you!

My van decided to lock me out at 6am with the engine running. They were quick to attend and resolve the issue. The price charged was disclosed over the phone before hand and also very reasonable. Highly recommended

I contacted Fidelis after a good recommendation from a family member. They where fantastic every step of the way diagnosing my VW polo immobiliser issue. They are all extremely friendly and helpfull. They sorted my issue fast and for a great price! Thanks guys!

I managed to lock myself out of my house today and I called about 20 different locksmiths to come and help me. When I called Fidelis they got someone out to me within 15 minutes after hours of me searching for a locksmith. They were so kind and made good conversation. The man on the phone was super helpful and so was the locksmith. I am back in my house and have definitely learnt my lesson. I will not leave the house without my keys again, but if I do this is the number I’m calling first.

I didn't have to use the locksmith services in the end as a neighbour had found my keys. However, I wanted to leave a review as the company was so helpful and were vey reassuring when they realised I was on my own and using a stranger's phone to call them.

Cameron was professional, transparent and prompt. If you are locked out of your home, I highly recommend this company.  I choose it after Googling and making a few calls. Stay away from companies which are answered by a call centre - they are not necessarily transparent about what they will do or how much it will cost you.  Cheers again. I hopefully won't be locked out again. But if I am, I will call this company.

Cameron was very quick to respond and help us with a door that had lock issues. Really efficient service and very good value for money. Highly recommended!
