Left my car in last week, I made sure to get it in early at 930am as I needed it for work, within 10 minutes a guy was working on my car, I felt confident they would fix the issue as I heard good things about the garage, they held the car all day ,I rang at 4pm to be told that the lady in the office was ringing everywhere to find a part that was needed and they couldn't get the part anywhere, I collected my car and left for home , I rang alec orrs to check if they could find this part, and it turned out they had the part, now if your after a car part isn't alec orrs the first place you check if you live in derry, why didn't they look here, when chatting to the mechanic he seemed like he just couldn't be bothered at all. Really poor customer service, I won't be back here in a hurry. After getting the part I left it into another garage , within 30 minutes the issue was resolved, just a wasted day ,really disappointed expected more from these guys.
The technician sourced by diagnostics the cause of and fixed an airbag warning light that persisted after a different company’s tech did airbag recall work on my car . Thankfully the tech here was efficient, fast and very reasonable in cost to rectify the problem . Service: Electrical

Did an amazing job wiring up my front fog lights very professional service and highly recommend them.
Superb service, for any vehicle electrics problem: starter motors, lights, fuses, airbag warning lights or radio problems, even steering shaft commutators! Book a slot, could be 2 or 3 days to get a slot, leave the vehicle with them in the morning, and let them call you when done by 16:30. Always friendly, and competitively-priced.
