Im very picky and walked around checking everything over for 20 minutes requested it to be dry and inside which they did and fab job repairing it not a single.problem gave me a list of repairs made on request and was reassured with warranty on parts cant fault them

Finally received my van back after my insurance sent it here to be fixed...im very disappointed as the drivers side wing mirror is still smashed and the engine managrment light on.....was asked to sign a form on collection of my vehicle to say all was ok so i signed it and wrote not checked..... im very dissapointed and my van isnt fit to drive as its shaking......surely a garage which repairs vehicles involved in accidents would do a full check?

Used them after a car hit the back of my van and nothing but issues with them. The bumper didn't ,arch the colour of the van and the paint finish was poor leaving a graze mark on the edge of the door. Took it back to be resolved and they made an improvement on the colour match of the bumper but still not perfect. But still left the grazing on the paint. Back today for the fifth time and hopefully all will be resolved although I don't hold my breath as they asked ,e what was wrong with the van.

Highly recommended. I have had two of my vehicles repaired there in the last six months. One for front end damage and the other for side damage (both repairs were on the other drivers insurance) and the service was excellent. Quick and thorough inspections and reports and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Everyone was very helpful from the office staff to the lads in the bodyshop, and the vehicles were returned to me cleaner than when they went in. I hope I wont be seeing them for a long time but if I do need anymore accident bodywork repairs then I wont hesitate to use Autocraft.

Second time I've been forced to use them by insurance company and terrible service both times. Both times to replace a stolen radio, both times seem to have taken ages to do the work with no courtesy car available for weeks and both times retuned to me with the microphone not connected properly. Won't be using them again.
