I recently bought a Range Rover Vogue SE from Auto Prestige in Bradford, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Kez, the salesman who helped me, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was patient and attentive throughout the whole process. It really felt like he was focused on making sure I was happy with my purchase. I flew into Leeds Bradford Airport to buy the car, and as promised, there was a chauffeur waiting for me and my wife. This extra touch made the whole experience even more special and stress-free. The Range Rover Vogue SE is amazing, and we both are thrilled with it. The car was in perfect condition when I picked it up, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Kez.
I would stay away if you can… purchased the car abit blind I know I should of viewed first but was travelling quite a distance first impression on the car looked good! But a odd coloured parking sensor to witch they knock abit off the price…. Drove home with one headlight working garage was happy to pay for the bulb until they knew the cost and wanted to send me some by post I suspect cheap bulbs was going to be sent so the financed company sorted it, the car became sluggish so I got it booked in and what was discovered was not acceptable!!! They had cut the top of the dpf because it was clearly blocked and put a drill bit through the centre further investigation found they had mapped out the dpf and egr valve sensor but left the dpf partially there with the egr still in place but none operating correctly… complete bodge!!! The backs of the wheels are still silver so needs a respray and the wheels are now flaking a few months later these are meant to gloss black as it had a black package from factory! Back drivers side caliper completely seized and ran through the pad within a few weeks and required a new caliper! The rear drivers side of the bumper has had a horribly spray job done too! They demanded me to bring the car back but I like the look and colour and have been searching for this colour for a while so was unhappy to return and asked if they can put it right I got promised call back after call back but nothing until my finance called me saying the dealership has been in contact and demanded the car be returned! Stay well away complete bodgers and if they say I never purchased the car from there I have receipts to prove! Car is now overboosting due to there bodge with the dpf and is currently having new vanes in the turbo fitted! Stay well away!!!
Iv had my Porsche for 3 over months now and I wanted to leave some feedback especially to Ash at Autoprestige. I’ve bought three cars from this garage over the past 8 years and the service has been excellent. The car has been exactly as advertised and the after-sales experience is top notch. One of the wheels was slightly buckled in the last car I bought from them and they arranged a fix with 36 hours. Strongly recommend this garage.
What can I say, i visited today and even tho I have not bought the nissan elgrand yet they were amazing with me, went out of their way to advise me and offer me a test drive which was great. These guys are not after your money like many but they want you to return so treat you right. If I don't buy this time I will 100% buy from them again.First class service Regards Paul from Sheffield.
Bought a lovely Golf GTi from here. I went to see several before I made my mind up but without any doubt I made the right choice buying from Autoprestige. It's been three months now so I thought I'd wait putting a review on but the cars been great and a lot of my friends have commented on the way the car looks.
Amazing service from Auto Prestige on my visit to the garage! I had Called the number provided online and they had set up a day to visit and view the vehicle, great experience overall. I purchased a little Toyota Aygo for one of my son’s first cars as he was starting a new job in Wales… I dealt with Terri throughout the process and she literally jumped through hoops to get the car delivered on the Saturday when the sale was only completed on the previous day! Terri is literally Wonder Woman! We live in London so I needed it delivered, and Terri managed to get it all done in time! I would definitely use Auto Prestige again and cannot praise Terri highly enough… thank you Terri, 5 star service and she’s a bloody good laugh too!
I’ve had my car nearly two weeks and I love it. The guys here are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see a family run business that appreciates their clients. I picked my car up and Faz rang me later on that day to check I was happy and everything was fine. Will definitely return for my next car.
Experience was mixed with this dealership: The positives: - Well priced cars - Knowledgeable and happy to help with sales queries. - Car is what they said it is for the most part and is mechanically sound. The negatives: - Black car - expected some swirling, but the swirling on the low mileage car I received was horrendous, I had specifically asked as to the condition of the paintwork. Very surprised this wasn't detailed given the premium market the dealer is targeting. Paid out for a detail two weeks after purchasing car. - I paid cash for the vehicle and was asked to pay in full on the Saturday for delivery on the Wednesday. Once paid was difficult to get hold of anyone, found out the day of delivery it was being delayed until the following week. Essentially paid and didn't hear from them for a week. -Receptionist was dismissive, would say they would give me a call back later that day and I would hear nothing for days at a time until chased. - When car was delivered, delivery was 5 hours late, left no petrol in the car and was asked to give the delivery driver a lift to the station - Seem disorganised, nobody seemed to know what was happening with car at any point of the transaction, delivery or documentation. Had to call 4 times over 6 weeks to get log book sorted. Provided same information countless times Reg, Name, address, etc.
