Received a great service from James at Auto Locks, he replaced my lost keys, he's a nice guy, polite and on time - would definitely recommend him.

Had an issue with my car keys.. Called Autolocks and got James, very friendly helpful guy who gave me a time then updated me again during the day, got there when he said he would and charged what he quoted. Cant fault him, Happy to recommend.

I see that I am not the only customer who thinks Jamie / James is totally unprofessional. I agree he lies very well so do not ever take what he says as red. You will do what I did and that is GO TO A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY INSTEAD.

A friendly, prompt and helpful service. I called mid morning to get a new key cut and programmed for my immobilized vehicle, and although they were out of the area he said he would get to me later that day. They turned up that afternoon and were pleasant and helpful. I was soon back on the road, you cant ask for more!

Very unprofessional. Had to ring several times for the last three weeks. Never picked up my calls or fixed my problem. Do not waste your time using this service. His name is Jamie. Lies a lot and never keeps to his promises. 1 out of 5 stars for this guy. Wouldn't recommend or trust.
