Never had that issue before with them but wanted a new front reg plate as mine is cracked, broth them my car but had no V5 and driving licence which is what he asked for. Even know the car is here with me and there is obviously damaged from reg plate they refused to do it. Sometimes you just need to be human! I will just get it from another shop.

Owner is very very very rude it’s ridiculously rude how he speaks to people and families he should be shut down I’ve reported it to the authorities and trade and standards the guy should be shut down temporarily very disrespectful person a vile creature should be arrested
Rude staff, incredibly reluctant to process refund, would not recommend.
They have a wide variety of car accessories and your everyday supplies. They have a range of new 3D and 4D number plates as well. Very friendly service, owner was a lovely guy and would highly recommend.
I shopped at this store on ebay. If necessary, sufficient explanation / contact, fast delivery. I saw the shop on Google Street View and it's my favorite type of shop. As you can see from the outside, it feels like an exciting shop like a toy box. I live in Japan, but I want to visit this shop someday. thank you.

HORRENDOUS customer service, really cheeky & ignorant people!! Got a car key cut 45quid head snapped off the key the SAME NIGHT!!!! Thought I’ll nip in with my receipt & get it replaced,, NOPE I was told to use PLIERS to turn the key as the head had “only” fallen off ! !! Won’t be back near the place, & I’d advise anyone to do the same. & stay away Daylight R0bbery !
