I wandered over here on deciding to upgrade my car and was really impressed with the range on offer, I think there's something to suit every budget. I was very well looked after by Jordan and Joseph who were super helpful and not at all pushy. They gave me good advice and I picked up my immaculate Astra just over a week later. As a woman on my own I was a bit wary as to how I'd be treated but I can honestly say I was totally at ease I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely return when the time comes. Thanks to everyone at Wearside Autoparc, You do a great job!
Used this car sales for 1st time what a brilliant place it is too, excellent px deal, and finance, dealt with Jordan who made our transaction very straight forward, lovely new car fully serviced with warranty and free break down. Best service I ve ever had well done guys I am very happy
Bought a car from here at the beginning of the month. Service was fantastic, very professional and courteous. The car itself is a beauty and I’m delighted with it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car, looks like they had plenty of stock too when I visited so you’d be spoiled for choice!
I brought my car from Kevin and have to say the sales process was straight forward and easy. Sadly upon delivery I had a couple of issues that needed to be rectified. It is in these situations when you really understand what customer service is all about and in fairness, Kevin took full ownership of the problems and dealt with each issue and today I am really happy as all the issues are now rectified. I can honestly say I trusted Kevin when he told me they would be sorted and for me this is what is important. Things go wrong and that is life, taking ownership to resolve the issue is key, so thank you Kevin for sorting out the issues and that is why I would recommend him to do business with.
Bought my car from Wearside Autoparc a couple of weeks ago and I am over the moon with it. They have a huge selection of motors and have them parked up on display in a categorised order by make which is really handy. Jordan helped to make my experience seamless and was on the ball with all of my perfectionist requests!! The other staff I came across were also very friendly and not at all pushy, they are happy to really let you take your time looking around and to test drive the cars you have a genuine interest in. Fair prices and the added extras such as 30 day gap cover and warranties were appreciated. It did take a little over a week to get the car back once I'd agreed the sale, but all of the little marks were polished out, it was MOT'd and fully serviced, I was happy to wait to make sure everything was perfect. I absolutely recommend this place and would certainly consider going back in the future, although I do hope this car is my baby for a good few years to come thanks Jordan and Wearside Autoparc
Had been looking to replace my wife's aging car. Omar was very helpful and courteous, and we agreed a part exchange figure. There were one or two minor problems with the new car, which were quickly and efficiently corrected. Omar kept us informed at all times, and since picking up the car, we have been delighted with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wearside Autoparc, and it will be the first place we look when we are in the market for another car.
A great experience as usual - Big thank you to Kev for making the process as streamlined as possible without any hiccups and for answering my 2.5 million questions. The whole process from start to finish took no time at all and we thoroughly enjoy our new car. This is our 3rd car with Wearside Autoparc and the above reasons are why we keep coming back. Wearside Auto Parc review PLEASE READ! If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought my Volkswagen Golf NL63BJX 1.6 TDI SE from Wearside Auto Parc on 5th August 2022. The company promised me that everything on the car is in working order and that I’ll have warranty if anything goes wrong. They was so friendly before buying the car, going the extra mile but as soon as you buy the car they don’t really care. After I bought car the next day I noticed a fume smell coming through the air vents. I got the car checked. The anti freeze was all brown. The cruise control didn’t work neither did the automatic headlights even though they promised everything is working. Wearside chose a garage for me to take the car to get it inspected. The garage confirmed this car had been in accident! It’s not recorded on HPI but the garage that has 15 years experience confirmed the front bumper has been resprayed and the sensor has been knackered most likely with a front on collision with another car. The inspection report showed so many other faults with the car. I have proof so the company can’t even deny this. Even the the warranty company Blackstar agreed car had been in accident! Even after showing Wearside Auto Parc the proof they didn’t believe me. What’s very suspicious is they didn’t allow the garage inspecting the car to strip the bumper off for a repair quote. I don’t understand what is the point of warranty service. What are you hiding? Instead the owner threatened me with a solicitor lol What a joke of a company! They refused to give my money back even though they was breaching their own terms and conditions of finding a major fault within the first 30 days! After 6 months I finally got my money back from the bank. I really hope the bank pursue you for the money as your jointly liable for selling a dodgy car! Please don’t use this company you will regret it. Always go with someone who has mechanical background when viewing a car and always pay by credit card even if it’s just the deposit but over £100. Lastly don’t believe the good reviews this company has they just very greedy and desperate. All of their staff are clueless Adam, Joseph. They don’t even know what the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is and they sell cars. Fix up and stop being ignorant.
Bought my first car from here today and couldn't thank umar enough he's professional and friendly service. They have a excellent choice of motors to suit your preference and would highly recommend!
