Possibly the best ice-cream in the city. Really lovely, creamy flavours. Not cheap, but they give you big scoops for the price.
Don't know about the ice cream, as had to walk away due to appalling behaviour of a staff member. So rude when an order was simply misheard. Well never go back there.
Went today with my daughter who ordered a mint ice cream, they hadn't got any which is fine so she picked an oreo ice cream in a tub. it didn't taste anything like oreo, we asked to change to something else and where rudely told by the man that we couldn't change it or have a refund. Wouldn't go back near the place again, tasted far better ice cream.
I went here yesterday and ordered my usual 2 scoops in a tub, it is now 1 euro dearer than last time, 4.20 for 2 scoops. I have no issues with staff, the quality of the product or the portions, but this increase is unjustified. will no doubt have a negative impact on trade, I will not go back.
Greatly enjoyed the food and staff. This is now my new favourite ice cream shop and I plan to visit it again shortly.
Ice cream is good but its the attitude of the staff which is quite appalling. Presumptuous staff...
It looked great from a distance but when got to the customer ordering area it was kaotic because there is no Queing system so we waited patiently at the counter with our two kids. After 10minutes and other customers who arrived after us were served we complained and were told to Que, we then asked where to Que and an ignoramus guy with a scruffy beard behind the counter from im not sure which country waived his hand in front of the counter at the kaotically assembled bunch of eager customers and shouted "I only care about the Que" and then told me i had a big mouth in front of my 3yr old daughter. What an A**whole. Should not be in a customer service position.
Great ice cream.
