SO RUDE! Phoned for an up do appointment this afternoon and the girl on the phone who only sounded young herself asked me for my name and age? She hadn't even told me wether she was able to fit me in yet! How rude? I have never been so insulted in all my life, and if your the girl I spoke to I'm 23! Just because I sound young over the phone doesn't mean you can insult me, you've lost what could of potentially been a loyal customer! NEVER WILL GO HERE!
