The best Audi branch in the UK as far as i’m concerned. I don’t live anywhere near Beckenham, and it isn’t my closest Audi showroom, but my husband previously bought his car there and said the service was excellent. He was right.nnFrom the moment I arrived, the reception staff were attentive and welcoming. It’s a small, busy site, but you never feel overlooked. They make sure you’re looked after straight away, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.nnFrom start to finish, Russell in Sales handled everything and delivered exceptional service throughout. He was clear, knowledgeable and patient, and he took the time to explain things properly without rushing or cutting corners. You can tell he knows his job inside out.nnTowards the end of the process I met the manager, Renelle, who was professional and personable.
