Their after care is excellent. No job is too much trouble for the team at Beckenham as they are always there to help me when I have returned with minor issues in how to work the high tech in the car. They are willing to listen and offer their time! Pedro and Faisal were great. 5 stars! Thanks and see you all soon.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. On 03/06, I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told I would receive a callback. The callback didn't come until 14:57 the next day, and I was informed that the earliest booking to repair my Audi A4's AC would be on 12/07 – over five weeks away! However, I would like to mention that the lady who took my call was lovely and tried to help as much as she could.nnAdding to my frustration, I was told I would have to pay £33 per day for a courtesy car. This is outrageous! I purchased my car from Beckenham and have never been charged for a courtesy car before. I do not see why I should have to pay now.nnThis level of service is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect better. I hope the management will address these issues promptly to prevent future dissatisfaction.
Amazing customer service from Joshua B in the sales team at this branch, if I could give him 6 stars I would. Approachable, informative, and helpful throughout the entire exchange /purchase process of a new vehicle recently. Josh is an absolute asset to the branch and sales team in particular and I recommend anyone looking to make a new purchase to make an appointment with him. Haven’t had the best past experience with Audi south east london however I cannot fault my last few visits where Josh has been of assistance - Thank you.
Sadly I have to agree with some of the reviews here. First of all, Marcus in sales was terrific with my new car I bought last week. Top notch. They don’t deserve him there. Customer service? Forget it. Broken promises and lies. They were desperate for me to pay my deposit in a hurry, today, today today was the push. Fine. But I’m due the deposit back now, and have been waiting 6 working days with no sight or sign of the money despite several complaints and threats of bad reviews.nnMy advice would be, DO NOT GIVE SOUTH LONDON AUDI A DEPOSIT, because if you’re due it back, they’ll take their sweet time and forget you as a customer even as recent as last week when they demanded money quick time.nnSuch a shame they’ve let themselves down in this way.
Went in today at 11:45 to buy a car at this location.nnThe lady at the reception asked for what we are looking for and asked for a name, then told us to walk around and see the cars around the showroom whilst we are waiting for a sales person to come and see us.nnAfter few minutes she came over and said that they have two sales person in today, one is with a client now and the other one has an appointment at 2pm therefore they can’t see us.nnShocked to hear that but then thought ok we will take a look around and we were told no we can’t do that unless a sales person is with us.nnGreat level of service! Could have sold the grey audi A5 to us today but you messed up with how you treated us.nnShocking to know that such people actually have a job and get to deal with clients like this
