Great experience with Attic Self storage. Mr. Chad had explained everything so smoothly. I had very quick online checkin and all the contract related paperwork was completed just in few minutes. Storage units are nice with 24 hour self access. No hidden fee. I definitely recommend Attic storage.

I had an excellent experience at Attic Self Storage in East London. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Omayr was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, guiding me through my options and making sure I got the right storage unit for my needs. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for top-notch customer service!

Great place and very welcoming staff !!!! I met the sales advisor Omayr who took care of everything from the beginning to the end. Great storage, clean facilities, reasonably priced and friendly staff! So far my experience has been great - shout out goes to Chad for answering all my questions and to Daniel for assisting me on my move in day.  The only negative I would give is that I do tend to get bombarded with calls during work hours, would be great if you guys could move more towards emails. Otherwise 5/5!

I had a very good experience with this storage place. The staff was very nice especially Carl helped me very much. Especially because this was my first time storing my stuff, the process was very easy. The storage place was nice and clean and not creepy like other storage facilities that I was considering.
