I had a slow puncture driving my company car along the M6 so thought I would find my nearest branch of ATS to sort it out. Imagine my surprise at arriving at a half empty workshop and them saying they couldn't 'fit me in'. They could learn a thing or two from their colleagues at ATS Congleton who replaced my tyre and were extremely professional and customer focused unlike these lazy types in Newcastle under Lyme.

Do you know what they are a good garage....went in there with a car that was causing a black cloud of smoke. They actually explained in detail what the problem was and outlined the costs involved. Will be making this my new favourite.

Took car for MOT, was told it needed new brakes in a few months but would pass. A lesser shop would have claimed it needed new brakes now and would withhold MOT cert, but these guys did NOT do that. I appreciate the honesty. So many auto shops try and take you for a ride, but I found these guys to be pretty descent.
