Going to ATS Crowborough was the worst experience ever. Customer service is just awful - I mean AWFUL The guy behind the desk was so ignorant and on the edge of being rude. He was not helpful at all - in fact, everything I asked for seemed to be a problem and apparently half a day work! For the record, all I wanted was to get my tyres changed and brakes serviced (sic!).

They refused to fit brake shoes I provided. Which I can understand, company policy allows them to fit parts only bought directly from them - cool, no problem with that. BUT! They said brakes are now sharp and in perfect condition - unfortunately they are EXACTLY the same as before this 'service'. I just wasted time and money. Definitely not going there ever again.

Staff are always courteous and there is a free hot drinks machine and a toddler play table in reception.

I had two tyres that I'd bought online from BlackCircles fitted at ATS yesterday. My attention was drawn to some slight scratching on my rims that I was previously aware of, but I was impressed that they bothered to mention them before stripping my old tyres off. I was also impressed by the lady fitter who took time to actually clean my rear wheels before refitting. All-in-all a great job and very helpful from reception to driving away. Thank you!

Polite and changed the tyres. Had to get the pressures adjust afterwards though..
