Had 2 drive belts put on my car. Within a couple of weeks noticed that they were making a noise again. Took back to ATS to be told that they are tightened when put on so should be ok but will check. After the mechanic checked them was told it wasn't the drive belts at all that it was in fact my alternator and that I would need a new one at a cost of over £350. As I couldn't afford that at the time and wanted a second opinion, I telephoned around to see if I could get it done a little bit cheaper. Today another garage looked at my car and was told there is nothing wrong with my alternator at all THAT in fact my alternator belt needs tightening like I thought in the beginning and that is all that is needed to be done. I feel that ATS was trying to pull the wool over my eyes and as I was a woman I would take what they said as gospel. I will not be using their services again.

I have made regular visits to ATS for tyres and the team there are helpful, knowledgeable and always give excellent service and ensure they deliver more at each visit.

Pleasant experience from the gents at are today, Gary at front desk was very helpful. The gents there couldn't seem to do enough for me. Thank you all at The fareham depot.

I had 2 tyres fitted through black circles. I paid for wheel alignment which resulted in the steering wheel being off centred, I took it back a second time and they said there was a front wheel out and ‘fixed’ it this resulted in the car violently pulling to the right and created excessive tyre roar at 70mph, I took it back a THIRD time and they admitted the machine had been set up wrong and that they had now fixed it again...it still pulls to the right.
