I was greeted by a super friendly gentleman in the reception which was so refreshing. He was helpful and really pleasant! No complaints about the MOT done on my van, it passed so that was great. Highly recommend.

I came in unannounced today on a busy Saturday afternoon. I needed a tyre repair, but it was clear both rears needed replacement.  I assumed I'd need to rebook as it was very busy, but Simon was really helpful and honest and after an hour two new Michelins were on.  Very happy with the professional and speedy service. Had a puncture whilst working in Helston on a Tuesday morning, travelled from Newquay and only there for the day, asked if there was a chance it could be repaired, quite rudely replied that if we left the van it could be done on Friday. The bloke just looked like a lazy, uninterested, wage stealer. Went across the road to HiQ and they were amazing. Understood the situation and stopped what they were doing to get the tyre repaired straight away so we could carry on with our working day.

Fantastic service today. Had a gravel chip stuck on a brake disc grinding away. They were busy, but put the car up on a ramp for me and sorted it free of charge. Really helped us out while on holiday. Many thanks!!

I’ve been going to ATS for years. Sometimes had to go elsewhere because they were busy but always regretted it. Great staff who go out of their way to help you out. Thanks for everything you do for us :

Went for a brake check and told all ok with at least 4mm on the brake pads, less than a month and less than 500 miles with a noise on on breaking to the car to another garage to be told pads worn out and disk damaged needing replacement. Clearly a garage not to be trusted and with faulty brakes encouraging me to drive a car that was potentially unsafe

I was travelling through the area in a motorhome, when I discovered a seized brake calliper. I called in and spoke with the manager, Alistair on Thursday morning. He was extremely helpful, and booked me in for the Monday. The earliest he could do, due to the height of my vehicle, as it could only go in the truck bay.  The job was done satisfactorily and I'm now on the road again. Thanks to Alistair and his team for looking after us.
