Honestly lovey guys that don't try and rip you off sent my mum a few weeks back cracks in tyres they could of easy got a full set off her but sed they would be a advisory on next MOT and keep a eye on them. So that ment I went and got a full set for mine instead and it was a good price and ace service by all the guys
Will never go back there again… took my car in for a service was working perfectly fine…. Got it back and within hours it wasn’t accelerating properly and a engine fault came up on the dash… took it back and the mechanic that I dealt with was beyond useless totally unprofessional by insulting my car…. I managed to get it sorted in the end within 5 minutes by my son in law so won’t be giving them my business again …
Got my MOT done, and a TPMS sensor needs sorting. They were grrat, gave me a clear idea of the issue, and how much it would cost and booked me back in for the repair. Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff.

Seen my car straight away with it having issues starting. I had the assistance of phil who was super friendly and helpful. Seen to the issue straight away and got it done ! Couldn’t have asked for a better service. What a great employee which don’t see in many gardages anymore !

Had my front tyre re aligned while on holiday here a week ago. 1 young staff was friendly and the older staff seemed disinterested. I asked several times if its all good to drive home back to London the next morning and they reassured me it's been corrected. As I drove home the next morning on the motorway, I found the car steering right! It was too late to turn around. Thankfully I did not collide with anything but had to be conscious of my steering throughout the journey. Went straight to ATS in London and they corrected the alignment advising me it was significantly off. 1 unhappy customer.
Went in for 2 tyres, promptly done,no problem
