He seemed desperate to 'upsell' a higher tyre spec than the car's manufacturer's spec; and then they tried to sell the tyres at a higher price than advertised on the ATS website. Watch-out ! Corrction: the tyres suggested were actually correct. The inflated pricing comment still applies. There seems to be a mis-alignment between the branch and the website pricing. Fitting wrnt fine. Upping from 1 star to a fairer 3 star rating.
Always a really positive team at Bourne End - really helpful, always work to get customers a great deal & just easy to deal with! We’ll done all.
I would highly recommend them, great value for money and excellent customer service. Keeping me well informed on every stage of the work on my car, I waited while having my car serviced and mot test. I would say their service was better than some main car dealerships at over £150 per hour. Very satisfied and pleased. Thank you!!

Thank you again ATS. We had a slow puncture where car was urgently needed the next day, they were busy but squeesed us in. They got the tyre repaired and went over all the other tryes to check the rest were ok for our journey ..... excellent service guys.
First time using this garage. All my local garages were fully booked but ATS Euromaster were able to squeeze me in quickly when I found a fault with my car and I explained I needed it to get to work. Really friendly and attentive staff, got to the problem quickly and were able to sort it really quickly for me at a reasonable price. Will definitely be using them over my usual garage in the future!
Always very good service here; the staff are very helpful and friendly, and seem to genuinely care. One small problem is that they are always so busy, and it's hard to get in although they did squeeze me in for urgent MOT on a cancellation - but that says it all I guess! Can't imagine you would ever be disappointed bringing your vehicle here.
