Extremely poor service, brought the car in to get tires checked, advised all 4 needed changing and they would need ordering in, but I would be contacted later on that day to confirm they were available. I made contact with the garage after 4 days of no communication only to be told the guy who served me “was new and unable to place orders on the system” meaning no tires had been ordered and I now have to look elsewhere. Pathetic customer service and Told I can call by again and they would see what they could do!

Called in her on holiday as my car was making a noise, they looked at it and told me I needed a full exhaust system that would cost at least £600, I got home and took it to my local exhaust garage and they said there was nothing wrong with my exhaust, took it to my mechanic who upon looking found a load of bricks compacted in my engine mount, £20 later it was fixed. Massive difference, so please get a second opinion before parting with your hard earned cash!

Superb service every time by helpful, friendly and highly skilled staff. I take all my cars to this branch for new tyres, balancing and tyre repairs. I never go any where else.
