Had a new tyre fitted today after making an online booking. The staff were extremely prompt, very polite and very knowledgeable. I used ATS Burton a few years ago and was not impressed with the manager at the time due to his attitude. Today's experience was entirely different, Ross Aldridge and the team were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate in returning to ATS Burton now my faith has been restored. 5*+. YNWA.
Able to fit in repair of suspension problem at short notice. Able to obtain parts earlier than anticipated. Also identified loose brake shields and fixed. Kept me informed with updates. All sorted before end of day. Excellent service. Very professional.
I can’t praise the team at ATS highly enough! I was visiting the area for a friends wedding when I ran into some major car issues. The manager and his team went out of their way to to explain the issues, what was needed, and calmly and swiftly fixed my car. They even picked me up from my hotel when the car was ready and all in time to make the wedding!
Excellent Service. The kind of service that is quite rare today. Every member of their team helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Tyres installed quickly on my SLK and at a very good price. You cannot go wrong by visiting the ATS team at this location in Burton on Trent.
Brilliant. The guys got me in the same day and swapped tyres brake discs and pads. Prices comparable with other centres however, they were the only one to give me a fixed quote over the phone. Staff here were very friendly, would definitely recommend
The staff here were so good and plesant, went for my van to have the tracking done of which they noticed a nail in the side wall. A new tyre of MY choice was ordered / fitted at a time by me & midday was fitted on the next day Great place
This is a place you can trust. I was given some reassuring advice instead of them just taking my money for unnecessary work. I will certainly use them in future.
If You want Your time wasted, this is the place! Seems like this place is operating just enough not to be sued! Rather than providing excellent customer service that they make to believe in!
Brilliant, quick service. Went in on the off chance as had a puncture and another place down the road wouldn’t help. Gavin was fantastic, got the car in there and then and only had about 25 minutes to wait. Honest service too, didn’t try to rip me off with the most expensive product. Thanks so much, will definitely return!
I dropped in to have a free tyre check. The technician checked my tyres and two needed replacing. They had the tyres in stock and they were fitted and I was on my way in less than half an hour. Excellent service and the reason why I always ATS in Burton on Trent.
