Toilets say how much they care about cleanliness and customer experience. Rubbish. You need an hourly visit to maintain them, not possible with just two people on the tills it seems. My biggest gripe is that every single toilet - men’s, women’s and disabled - was without toilet paper. Disgusting. To their credit after I complained someone did put some in. But really? If it’s running low check it!

This is my local petrol station and I'm delighted with the range of items available in the attached mini Waitrose.  I've also been very happy with the service and level of friendliness from the staff here and was surprised to see some less complimentary posts.  Thought I would offer my opinion as that's not a problem I've encountered.

Definitely very disappointed in that lousy service, especially Mr. SEELAN who always has a lousy attitude and the treatment of others is very bad all the time, I already had many experiences there at that gas station, apart from the fact that it is always dirty, they never know the real prices and they always want to charge more than necessary.  IF YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION

Rude attendant When I visited this garage today the pay at pump app failed for the third time and I tried to pay at the night kiosk instead of going into the shop. I had done this on two previous occasions. But today the rude attendant refused point blank to give me this option. I explained that I didn't want to go into the shop, but he was having none of it. I am in my late 70s and should be entitled to use the night kiosk if I consider it unsafe to enter the shop. I wish to lodge a complaint about this surly attendant. Great petrol station and staff.  The Waitrose is a bonus and always has good food for last minute shopping.  Toilet always clean and tidy

The wrong prices inside the Waitrose on the label  when you get to the checkout, does the price of the items change, tell me if they don't update the prices or is it that they shamelessly steal from us?

Be careful I have been short changed three times!!! I picked up an item which was marked as  59pm the guy same guy each time changed the price on the screen to £2.20!!! Luckily I noticed this on the receipt.

Friendly and kind staff- I managed to drop a full hot coffee on the floor and over their card selection but they were so good about it and even got me a fresh coffee for free. Thank you!

Deals are never updated to the system, labels don’t match the real price they charge you, scam!

Diabolical customer service. No "hello", no "good evening, how can I help?", not even a please or thank you when making a purchase! The owners need to sort out their customer service and attitude at this place. Will never shop there again.
