First time getting my passport so have no clue what I’m doing but came in to ask about it as it’s says on email that it hasn’t been delivered, man was definitely sick of people asking about passports as he was pretty rude but didn’t get any help on where it was don’t usually write a review but hope the man is ok but please be more patient next time
If I could give no stars to write this I would, I went to the post office before close of business yesterday evening, I posted an item with tracked delivery and the post office clerk never provided me with a receipt with my tracking number, I realised this morning and went straight there and explained the situation the staff member was unhelpful, I won’t be using Royal Mail service again.
