Extremely helpful lady named Patricia. She treated me courteously and was friendly and pleasant throughout. She was able to help and advise me and guide me through my transactions smoothly, and completely eliminated my anxiety. I prefer dealing with people face to face rather than bots and computers. Staff helped with my on line booking and explained. Why transaction where still pending. I was worried as due to flight and visit family.
Most times things that needs doing at the office are been done at the till thereby creating unnecessary queue.
Staff are unable to help with anything other than putting money into your account. Not the friendliest by any means. Recommend to avoid unless you're happy to spend time explaining to a cashier in a bank how to do their job. They don't seem to know. Seem a bit too pushy and marketing as well - don't come across as they have my interest in mind. More so sales figures for bonus
This is our local branch and long may it remain so. We use it for a range of services and find the staff competent, helpful, and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend.
The bank now shuts at 3pm and not open on a Saturday no more, very disappointed when its the only natwest in shoreham. Time to change my bank.
Always a long queue out the door ,service poor moving our bank account after 35 years had enough.
