Really bad experience, I ordered Filet-O-Fish meal on drive through, when I reached home. Burger was plain, no cheese slice no sauce. I’m so upset. So lazy n awful to make a proper burger. Horrible
Can't rate the food as I only ever order the coffee. We use this McDonald's for coffee simply because it's closest to us. Waiting times are normally very long if you order through the app and ask for it to be brought to the car. We have encountered numerous staff members who are simply rude. Waiting inside to collect is ok as long as you don't mind bumping shoulders with the endless delivery drivers, and if you try parking in the allocated slots for click and serve you'll normally find the delivery drivers have parked in them first. Priority here is very clearly for deliveries.
I stopped coming to this branch years ago because of the lack of food quality and attention but i have been back a few times recently and it's been excellent. The foods well prepared, the wait times are low and the place is very clean with happy staff. I've noticed a new manager and he must be doing something right. He's really turned the place around!
Ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers with extra pickles, 1 came with extra pickles and the other 1 came without any what so ever. The staff clearly don't care as both came unwrapped....just chucked in the bag. Tried to ring them when I got home but engaged dialling tone all evening. I live just round the corner and often my wife gets ours kids a meal from there but will not be going there anymore as standards are absolutely shocking. Management needs to be better making sure staff are maintaining a high standard
The worst McDonald’s in the whole UK. The customer service is below 1 star rating and the staff are very rude. They need to be better trained since they don’t care about their customers. They held me up outside for 25 minutes when my order consisted of only 2 simple drinks.
It's a nice restaurant for a quick meal when you are in a rush or are lazy to prepare something yourself. It can get really busy at rush hour, don't recommend going there when local schools close as lots of students hang around there and it would take forever to get your food. The foods is ok, sometimes its a bit sloppy but you are paying employees who have to deal with 100s of people every day so its expected. Overall, its a 4/5 for me Parking: Can get extremely crowded in times like rush hour.
A busy place but check you're order before you leave. You maybe unlucky to fine things missing. Xome days the fries are too salty and other days they are cold. The staff srd lovely though. Very friendly.Food: 4/5
The person taking our order at the drive thru couldn't get it correct and was quite obnoxious in my opinion, so we had to amend the order at the payment window. We were then asked to wait in a bay. When our order arrived the labels and receipt was correct but the actual food contents were not so then I went inside and explained, the order was ammended but we were still not satisfied with then the quality, cold and as if the ingredients were just scraped of the burger. This was our worst ever McDonald's experience.
For awhile now delivery drivers are for some reason prioritize but last night I had to wait 18 minutes in the waiting bay for my order. I only got it because I asked the staff how much longer they want us wait. They looked very confused eventually we got our cold burgers and soggy fries. They don't even deserve one star.
This place is just too small especially due to delivery collections as they seem to get priority over instore customer orders. The wait was horrendous, food was not hot when we eventually received it and my drink was wrong and half full. Staff were just too hassled and busy to even have time to rectify our order. Terrible service. Sorry mcdonalds not a restaurant I will be returning to in the near future. Oh and parking nightmare! Feel very sorry for any residents nearby Parking: Most parking spaces taken by delivery drivers Wheelchair accessibility: No chance!!
