Have been at this branch 14 years ,great customer service
Totally unable to provide a reasonable level of service. Misinformation, just short of lying; completely uncooperative, working on a computer says no basis in spite of the facts; incapable of acknowledging the distances customers have to travel to find a bank by insisting on repeated visits 3 so far. Any responsible government would break up the high St banking cartel to stop this abuse.
Very friendly service.The staff couldn't do enough.Lloyds would be mad to close branches like this.Some of us don't like using online banking despite the constant encouragement so to do.
Very helpful staff, efficient and know there job, always pleasent to have a laugh with, all in all a good bank to use Excellent
Useless! You advertise being open until 7pm on a Thursday and yet when I go there at 5.28pm, you are closed!! Go onto google, change your information and sort it out. Its really not hard
Rude staff .need to be trained in customer service . won't visit this branch again.
Lovely people but not able to manage the bank, gave me a personal bank manager mobile number but never answered !!!!!
Advertised closing time on Thursdays is 7 pm but closed, dark and locked up at 6.48 pm on Thursday 22 March 2018.
Terrible involvement, horrible service.
