We’ve just had a great midweek break. Our caravan was superb, comfortable, spotless and so well equipped.Thank you Kelly and Chrissy. The park itself was immaculate. The ladies in the shop were friendly and chatty. Unfortunately the pools were closed so we didn’t get to experience the facilities, a shame. We would definitely recommend the holiday park.
Nice location and lot of activities nearby and in the park. There are a lot of places to go for hiking and walks very close to the park. The coastal path is hardly a 4-5 min walk from the park which has amazing views. Bingo night is quite interesting and the staff is very polite and helpful.
Another fabulous holiday at Landscove! Thankyou Kev and the park staff for making our stay so enjoyable, we had a great time and look forward to seeing you again next year. Park holidays and Landscove Ltd need to spend a bit and update some of the facilities though!
Arrived yesterday, beautiful views great setting friendly staff, nice facilities. Downside so far - cleanliness of the lodge could of been better liveable windows could of done with a better clean and some areas dusted better. Paid for the super fast broadband it's a pain to set up as the signal is hit and miss and a struggle to find the WiFi once I got main device set up took over an hour to set up the others due to rubbish signal I wouldn't call it super fast. Bring your own drinks or go elsewhere as the prices on site are crazy - two small glass bottles of coke for kids cost £6.20. The park is still a good base to stay in the area. My advice to the park is this - if you improve the cleaning and look at the seriously over priced drinks etc you would get alot more 5 star ratings.
Enjoyed the bingo but otherwise bit disappointing. Lunchtime couldn't get a coffee or pint due to staff shortages/economy. Tables and hand rails very sticky ?unclean. Staff pleasant but site lacking in atmosphere.
This park deserves 100 stars, from the phone call a week before our arrival just to make sure things were good, to the very warm welcome when we arrived, even the dog got a little treat as a welcome! The staff are amazing here, nothing is too much trouble, they are smiling even in the rain. Our first visit, we have already booked to come back later in the year! The walls are pretty amazing, with views our to sea. We have been to the restaurant and eaten, enjoyed every mouthful, there's nothing that we have found to complain about. There are several holiday park providers that should learn from these guys, we know who we are booking with in future!
Lovely friendly staff..beautiful position..very clean..expensive bar..parking at the cottage chalets was not ideal..I don't like parking my car 100 metres away on a car park..should really put some slabs/tarmac outside the chalets really.Rooms: 4/5
Lovely campsite very clean our caravan was lovely we booked through air BnB but don't included the passes for entertainment/ pool which is £20 adult £17.50 a child which we bought it's at the end of berry head but lovely location has a shop and launderette 2 pools and play park ,short drive to Paignton will come again
Had a good holiday the cottage we stayed in was good not much on the site To do unless you have small children I have a teen so was in painton every day but we injoyed are selves me my mum and my daughter it's a great self catering holiday only issue was the hot water was not working after the first few days and the parking is not great but apart from that a very good place if you want a self catering holiday with basics but very good place for a good holiday can't wait to return to Devon next year
We have just spent a wonderful weekend at the park. Such a beautiful area, the club house is extremely vast with plenty of seating around. The Park stars Alex and Joanne did an excellent job, on the Friday the charades game show was hilarious and on Saturday the female singer was fabulous. Food in the venue is fantastic the house burger was huge great value for money. We also had the scampi and chips all cooked to order and served quickly. Bar staff where very friendly and helpful, we met the retail manager Simon extremely polite, and welcoming. We will certainly be back later in the year. Xx
