Outstanding service from 'David' in Epsom Halifax this morning. Could not have been more helpful, courteous, professional or accommodating. Really appreciated. A good Halifax experience for the first time in a very long time..... Well done David & thank you.

Poor customer service. Staff give incorrect advise on three separate occasions resulting in delays and incurred interest charges. Branch manager David doesn’t care that there is a long queue of customers waiting as he walks pass. Apparently he had to attend a conference call with the area manager which will take a hour. Funny, when a customer complains, he forgets about his conference call all of a sudden., shame about attending to the other customers waiting in your banking hall!

Was very quick and professional. I woukd like yo Thank Mrs Lara of Halifax Ashley Centre Epsom for helping me out opening a Bank account in less than 10 min I was amazed how quick and efficient she was. Thanks Halifax

The manager in the branch was asking me to change your place of Birth . He was saying our system is designed that way I had to cancel my application . shame on you Halifax
