The customer service is here is absolutely appalling. I went yesterday as had seen a nationwide Asda offer, however, the stand didn't have an offer label. I asked one of the staff, who went away to check. She came back to tell me to go and speak to customer services as they have a list of exactly what is on offer. Not a very practical way to do your shopping, IMO, as its the job of the staff to ensure people can at a glance see what is on offer. Why should someone have to go from aisle 23 to customer services, just to find out if something is on offer? Very inconsiderate. Furthermore, when I explained that this is very inconvenient, she walked away before I finished my sentence. Had a similar experience from one of the other staff at the checkout, so I informed the Indian like me! self checkout person, as I presented my BLC they asked me 'where is your ID?'. It wasn't even the question that was the issue - more the tone of voice and the pitch. I proceeded to leave my full trolley in the store and went to Morrisons instead. The Morrisons staff customer care was way better. I asked where something was and the kind woman left what she was doing and took me to the aisle. I don't expect this, but what has happened to good customer care? The only way this will change is by leaving reviews like this, hopefully, and shopping elsewhere.
Ordered an online food shop to come on Sat 24th March. Did not arrive. The driver said his van had broken down. I was not refunded so called the store who said they would cancel my order. It took 10 days and another 2 phone calls to customer service to get my refund
Me and my partner picked up 6 vegetarian items that were out of date and handed them over to a colleague. Then bought some cereal that had a date on it that is 7/4/23 and we didn't realise until this morning. This is almost 2 weeks out of date. We are absolutely disgusted.
The worst store I have ever entered, the Management when approached don’t want to help and the ‘here to help staff’ will Just walk away from you. I wasted 2 hours of my time this evening nearly getting approximately £400 worth of shopping in my Trolley, just to wait in the queue to pay then got a closed sign dumped at the front of my trolley 21:55 even though I was clearly stood in the queue waiting for over 5 minutes. The customer in front of me had only a few items so the cashier wouldn’t have gone over their shift time . After the sign was dumped in front of me with no contact from the here to help staff was made. I questioned if this sign was for after me paying . I then basically got shouted at and told to use the self check out that only a basket full of shopping will fit on. I feel so let down , No announcements over the speakers nothing. Shame on you Asda Leamington spa, I hope the senior management team see this feedback and sort you rude lazy members of staff out. I will be going to Tesco tomorrow to redo my shopping as your staff have got no appreciation for loyal customers. Please check the CCTV in the store to prove everything I have stated, there was only one till open so the above won’t be hard to find, Asda can see how good paying customer are being treated. REPLY Date 27/01/2023 Time - between 21:50-22:00 Only one till open so this won’t be hard to trace. Hear to help staff member - dark lips stick /dark hair/yellow top on with a message on the back that said 'Here to help’which as you can imagine wasn’t true . I wasn’t able to get her name badge as she just walked off .
I had a delivery from yourselves on the 24/04/22. I had a few substitutes but they hadn't noted down all the subs and also I had order 2x packs of 4 scotch eggs, my fiancé then noticed after we took the order in they are dated 24/04/22, no note on the receipt to say products with a short best before date. Who does the picking and packing as they are rubbish

As a hypermarket, it's good, but the delivery is the worst. With Uber and Just Eat, you wait a lifetime for your order to arrive. If they improved the deliveries, it would be the best... to stop waiting a lifetime. And here I mean strictly through Just Eat and Uber..not through their suppliers because I'm not interested. Do something and you'll lose customers
In the hot deli the chicken thighs was 90p each or 4 for £2.50. I ordered 2 thighs but the 2 women serving did not seem to know what to do and that I should buy 4 when I only wanted 2 4 would be too much just for me. In the end I bought another 2 drumsticks and gave them to a dog. Looks like you can't buy 1 or 2 even though it says 90p each. Madness. Date of visit Wed 7/12/22 10.20am.
Great selection of products at very reasonable prices. Very friendly and professional staff to assist you. Ample parking on site but can become busy at peak times.
A medium sized store. Pretty busy today 9/10/22 at 11am. Lots of items missing on shelves. Quality of soft lettuce awful. Some good offers but as with all shops prices increasing. Some of the "yellow" brands seem fairly good quality
