I could let them off with the limited options they have if only they had some Scan and Go handsets. I don't want to use the lousy app - a rack of handsets wouldn't go a miss.
Standard Asda with good range, staff don’t seemed that interested in helping and more bothered about chatting to each other. Would be good if they offered a range of men’s clothes.
I have just been in Asda Harworth, there were loads of people wandering in, no social distancing or 2metres distancing. A group of 9 people went in guy on door never said anything to them. I went to speak to a lady who was watching the tills, all i said was excuse me could, she interrupted me in a raised voice stating Ive just spoke to you about getting in the queue & you cant wait there I explained I have never spoke to her before, all i wanted to ask where a product was. Disgusting customer service, were all stressed regarding Coronavirus. That doesn't excuse her behaviour, perhaps if you didn’t let so many people in your store that would be better.
Fuel is 4p a litre more expensive than asda Doncaster... Whatever happened to one price countrywide like they used to be? Ripping off the locals I will avoid in future. Also £99 is not enough to fill a 70 litre fuel tank!
wasnt going to write this as i thought it was a little petty. However ive changed my mind from the conversation between 3 staff members in the store. my first issue was that i had a full trolley and they would on serve me via the self scanner which took me ages. The conversation a couple of days later was a joke, when i was about to pay for my shopping of £50 the staff started talking about them shopping at tescos as its cheaper and the others stated that they shopped at morrisons as its alot better quality.... HAVE SOME PRIDE
Staff in here are always talking amongst themselves don't acknowledge you are waiting not even with a bit of eye contact to let you know they have seen you. Most of the time I leave this shop annoyed at the experience, once in a blue moon you are treated like a customer but more often than not you are ignored. It's a good job they have self service or I wouldn't go in
The staff are dangerously incompetent and rude. I'm not from the area but stoped here to get some bits after visiting friends. The staffs management of social distancing measure is nothing short of dangerous, particularly the rough middle aged woman with the short red hair.
i find it always busy in there each time i go and if i don't know what to look for in which part i am directed to it right away . The customer service is spot on and so is everyone that functions there each flowing in unison putting things where they are meant to be just for that would be shopper that always comes in to spot it. value for money amazing products as well
The main reason for the low rating is due to the poor support for the following: 1/ people parking in the disabled bays without authority. 2/ customers entering the store without face covering, even though asda policy is to approach an offer, which is not done. 3/ customers lack of direction in store. In general the staff/management could do more the help covid
