This launderette is quite handy because it has a bus stop right in front of it. My machine needs attention so for me I know this shop is ok. I sometimes use the large machine for towels and blankets etc. It's not too expensive but I have noticed that there is no longer a spin dryer in the shop and my clothes were sopping wet when they finished washing and they were in the dryer for a lot longer than usual and it was not cheap. You can usually use a machine without a long wait though. I've never used the cleaning services but they do seem to be busy.
Nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. All in all what you want from a launderette including parking out the back in an area with limited and expensive parking
There are plenty of machines always available when I have been. it's meticulously clean and on a frequently served bus route a few minutes from the city centre. someone is always there for change needed for the machines
I went there two weeks ago to drop get my white blazer dry cleaned as I didn’t want to wash it and damage it, was charged £12. Yesterday when I went to pickup my white blazer it was beige/pink when I asked the guy why it changed colour he said he doesn’t know they just followed the instructions and if anything I should go back to Zara and get then to fix it? Not only the blazer is damaged but it also had stains , stains that weren’t there when I took it to get cleaned. The guy asked me to come back tomorrow to pick it up as he’s going to try to bring the colour back . I will be back and I hope my blazer is as white like I brought it to your shop. You guys have to take responsibility for the items you’ve damaged, traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015”. If not I will take this further. The owner refused to pay me for damaging my blazer,he said he cannot lose money and I should go back to Zara. Very poor customer service you very lucky I’m a changed person I would’ve pushed you to close your shop down.
Extremely disappointed. Worker was rude, gave me a lecture about the fact I wasn’t present at the launderette, and he had to keep putting the machine door closed as it kept opening. this is my second time attending the place never again. I had no idea I had to be present. Worker took one of my loads out earlier so I wasted my money and put in a basket, I’m highly allergic to dust so that’s fantastic.
Bad machines !! Dirty shop and smell is bad I’ve washed my clothes for more than 40 min and they were still dirty
I was greeted by a young lad called mo and he was amazing he offered to have my dress delivered home after it had been dry cleaned! It was delivered only 2 days after being dropped off at the shop. I got my Tom Ford suit picked up to be dry cleaned and was very happy with the results. The suit looks brand new and they removed a sticky stain left from a flower. I am pleased with the outcome and the great service. The suit was then dropped off to me so I didn’t even need to commute to the shop. I would recommend if you need a good job being done !!
Honestly very good place I went in and was greeted with very friendly staff who helped me clean and choose the best service for my clothes. They dry cleaned my suit for a wedding in no time making it flawless and also took out every crease and also even going the xtra mile by repairing missing buttons. Best laundry/tailor shop in Manchester in my opnion no other place you can find staff like this that will go the extra mile and all at a very decent price !
Amazing service .. Just wanted to update. During the month of Ramadan this store is open from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. They are having issues with updating hours online so I am being helpful to update the hours on here. So please note. 23rd March - 21st April 2023. Thank you..
