Placed a order with this company, i then cancelled it day before it was due to be dispatched. They then decided to charge me £180 cancellation charge and took this straight from the money I already paid, there was no mention of this fee before placing the order. I’m not getting a response to my emails from Darren. As I feel this is a extremely unfair amount to be charged! I am taking legal advice!
Very good choice of tiles. A little negative was a put down of other surfaces, but generally very helpful.
