Made an order via just eat 6:44pm and was given a delivery time of 7:15 to 7:35 and at 7:28 I received a message saying the food was on its way. Now I live 0.6 miles away from the shop so would have expected 2-3 minutes away. At almost 8:15 the food arrived the driver of the car has is music on full blast and it was playing some rap music with F this and F that. This is not something you expect to be able to hear from inside your house! No is it something you should hear!! I told the driver after feeling the untapped pizza boxes that was nearly warm that I would not be taking the food as it felt cold and the food was not wrapped. I also said the music at that volume with the swearing was not acceptable. He started to get a strip on asking why I had an attitude. I swiftly told him to leave and followed him down my path to lock my gate. On getting back into the car the music went on FULL BLAST to the point the music was distorted and off they went. I rang the shop to talk with the manager and was told how sorry he was and that fresh food would arrive. As you can see from the photo it’s not good. The food had just been reheated and the garlic breads were like eating hot rubber. The dinner meat was vile. This is a shame as I was meaning to review this shop as the food is really nice as a rule. But if the owner reads this I can assure you I’ll NEVER buy from your shop again. How can the service be from one extreme to another?
Always great food whether you collect or they deliver. Chicken Supreme pizza is pure fav, garlic bread with cheese is top & always really good fries as well ... only 2nd to Yankee land & that's saying something for hull !!! Our go to takeaway, keep up the good work guys !!
Brilliant service to getting the food delivered highly recommended, gluten free aswell. Thoroughly enjoyed our birthday take away thank you. Xx Vegetarian options: We ordered a vegetarian pizza delicious. Kid-friendliness: Lady on the phone was lovely polite and very friendly. The guy who delivered was polite and friendly aswell. Dietary restrictions: My daughter is Gluten free.
Ask for a well done dona kebab told they would put it on the grill to cocke it more didn't happen ask for sald and garlic sauce no chilli because I am allergic to hot peppers got home the salad was a grilled tomato and a hole green chilli was £3 more than other takeaways and a accident waiting to happen will not use it again
Gourmet cheese burger with fries. Very nice beef pattie, usual salad options. Plenty of chip spice on the fries. Would go again. Efficient and clean takeaway. Uniformed staff. loads more chips not in picture
It's a shame this place used to be nice with fast delivery, but now, got to be the slowest delivery service out there, 2hrs waiting for food, but after 25mins of order it said it was out for delivery.................after 1hr 30mins called to be told it was just getting cooked and it would be 15mins, 30mins later food turned up cold and the driver just smiled when I said I'd been waiting 2hrs. Such a shame, well Godfather sutton park from now on!
Always order here and pre order from just eat Atlanta on Bransholme and is always spot on looking forward to ordering again tonight delicious can sometimes have a bit of a wait but we’ll worth the wait recommend having the muchbox 2
I would never ever go here again, i only went there cos i was in a rush and near by. I went in at 6pm all i wanted was donner meat n chips,i was the only customer in the shop, i wasn't asked if i wanted any sauces ,i had to ask for garlic sauce ongood job i had my glasses on cos i cud hardly see the amount they put on, and it cost me £8.30, yes £8.30 for donner meat and chips, and there was more chips than meat, and it took them 15 mins to do. No wonder it was that price there was 9 people working in the shop most were under 20 years old, all squabbling, 1 kid frying chips was kicking off cos he couldn't handle doing more than 1 order at a time. Like i said i won't ever be going there again. Yet the shop next door 5 bites is a total different kettle of fish, they are top notch.
Absolutely shocking service over the phone, worst place to ever order from. Disgusting manners and awful pizza.
Chips are great, chicken kebab is terrible, needs to be diced fillet not the sliced off a formed lump type for me n mine. Lamb kebab good except the pitta bread comes in a bag separate? Pizzas look excellent and the extras choice is great.
