Very bad service. Supplied faulty carpet, even had the carpet manufacturer come and inspect it. Went into the shop to resolve the issue at a time the owner said he would be there, needless to say he wasn't in. The shop assistant phoned him and we spoke on the phone. He then got aggressive over the phone towards me, so I'm stood in his shop saying there was no need to be aggressive with me, all this in front of other customers. Steer well clear of them in future Additional 7/4/18 Just had the owner turn up on the doorstep, complaining about this review. Again being aggressive and saying that the review was unfair. He's been claiming that he has five star reviews everywhere, however the only other review here was his own. I don't call that five star. I dare say on reading this update he'll be back.
