Great spa day here, not the cheapest spa day on offer. In fact top few on cost but worth it. The attention to detail on the little things made a big difference, the food was good and the treatments great too.nnOverall highly recommended for a nice treat day.
My daughters have been members now for a few months and fully enjoy swimming in the warm pool, the hangout and baby classes. My eldest daughter has made some lovely friends and has enjoys the multi activity at the kids club such as crafts and fitness games. She also takes part in family ignite and yoga which is great for her learning new skills in a friendly gym environment. The swimming lessons are fantastic within a few months she has grown in confidence and can now swim a short distance unaided. The play area is the perfect for little ones to enjoy and is great for a post swim play. Baby massage and baby sensory have something new and exciting each week. It’s been great the meet other mums.
This gym is great in so many ways. The classes are brilliant, especially Holly and Cecile’s Yoga classes - but they really need to address the hygiene issues, especially on the stairs that lead from the pool to the Thermal Suite.nnThe wood around the stairs appears to be rotting and has been for months - they constantly smell damp and unclean. The windows by the Infinity Pool always have a build up which can’t be difficult to address. Given the cheapest membership they do here is over £100 a month you’d think they’d deliver the highest of standards.
Love this place. Joined over 6 months ago. I’ve known Nic Rae for years. She’s a fantastic motivator and trainer, so when I told her I was joining another gym she recommended I take a look at Athelis. She kept her eye on how busy the pool got as I like to swim up and down, so when Nic said I’d get my swimming in I trusted her and joined. No regrets. Love it. Best place for my health and wellbeing right now so a huge thanks to Nic Rae for the advice and highly trusted recommendation for both me and my mum to join x
Joined to keep active during pregnancy, really nice facilities. Now I go to baby classes with Nic the host, shes very good with children and my 3 month old enjoys going. Thank you. From Fae & Noel
