Lorraine was very professional and accommodating, she is also one of the only places i could find that are available on evenings and weekends. The whole process was handled for us and we were offered plenty of options to choose from. Thank you for making a sad time for our family stress free. We love the urn and prints, thanks you again.
Our beautiful girl Roxy passed suddenly without us having the chance to say a proper goodbye. We were put in touch with Martin by our vets who recommended his personal and touching services to give our girl a final goodbye, Martin took care of our precious Roxy and never left her side during the journey to rainbow Bridge she was with her favourite toy donkey. Martin took mementos for us to keep such as paw ink prints, clippings and hair and we requested a clay paw print which Martin provided. I cannot thank Martin enough for his compassion and caring manner during such a heartbreaking time for me and my family. Our Loyal Daughter will be deeply missed forever run free Roxy and fly high until we meet again
When I first rang Lorraine I was so heartbroken I couldn’t even speak, I need not have worried though as she knew and asked me questions to get me talking, some of our communication was done through text at my request as I was in such a state, I discovered Lorraine was able to offer my beautiful ‘Buddy’ a dignified and respectful send off to Rainbow Bridge. Everything was explained and all questions were answered, I was able to have Buddy back with me later the same day with the premium service a very small extra fee I’m sobbing my heart out writing this but I honestly could not have found anyone more caring and compassionate than Lorraine. I would highly recommend her services to anyone struggling to cope with saying farewell to a much loved pet
I have never met such a caring individual as Lorraine. nothing was too much trouble and I was so thankful our boy was only at the vets overnight before she got him into her care and gave him the dignified and loving send off he deserved. he passed on the Monday night Lorraine collected him Tuesday and he was home with us Wednesday. Wonderful company and wonderful lady.
On 16th December 2020 we had to say goodbye to our beloved boy Bruno. We were totally heart broken and in pieces. I telephoned At Rest Pet Cremations crying and Lorraine answered. She was calm, reassuring and told me how to find them. She met my wife and I at their premises where we entrusted Bruno into their care. Lorraine was comforting and understanding. We did not feel rushed or pressured into anything. Nothing was to much trouble. When Lorraine found out we had a young pup at home, she suggested we bring him to say goodbye to Bruno. It was important for him to grieve as well. The next day Martin put Bruno in a bed with his duvet, on the floor for our George to see him. The three of us sat with Bruno and Martin for half an hour. Telling stories and remembering significant events in Brunos life. Martin put us at ease and promised to look after Bruno for his journey over the rainbow bridge. We can not thank Martin and Lorraine enough for their help at this difficult time. We highly recommend their service. Thank you, Chris & Deb
On 8 September 2020 we sadly lost our beautiful brave Westie Tia. From our first contact with Martin he was so kind and caring, we knew our beloved Tia would be treated respectfully and with dignity. We cannot thank Martin enough for his kindness and compassion at this heartbreaking time. Tia was one of the most gentle, loyal, loving companion anyone could wish for and she brought our family so much happiness. We loved her with all our hearts, our lives will never be the same. Thank you for the keepsakes, we will treasure her clippings of fur and paw prints forever, plus the Rainbow text messages, Forget Me Not card and seeds. Thank you once again Martin.
My niece lost her hedgehog, Sonic, not long ago and told me about Martin and Lorraine. I had no intention of using their services so soon and yet I'm SO GLAD I was told about them when I was. At 4:40pm on Friday, I had my gorgeous Bailey taken from me. At 2:40pm on Saturday, I had him home again. Bailey was picked up from the vets for a small additional charge, bathed, groomed, nails clipped and all in all cared for as if he were still with us. I have his fur, his paw print, his 3D paw in foam the foam was also a small additional cost and him home within less than 24 hours of losing him and it was all done with so much dignity. He was cremated with his favourite bandanna he would force you to put one on him if he was without and his 6 legged octopus misnamed so he will always be dapper and with his favourite toy. Martin kept us up to date as everything happened. When he was picked from the vets until we picked him up. I couldn't recommend anyone more. DO NOT GO WITH YOUR VETS. You can contact Martin literally 24/7. Upset about what is happening at 3am? Doesn't matter - phone him for peace of mind. Please, for the sake of you and your beloved pets, consider At Rest for your pet cremation
What can I say that hasn't already been said. I contacted 3 pet cremation services, and Lorraine was the only one who showed empathy. Pet cremation is a service we all hope we'll never need, but know we will eventually. Words cannot express my gratitude for how Lorraine handled everything. Thankyou for the compassion and respect you showed in laying my little Rainbow to rest.
