By far the worst experience I have had with any professionals. Would never recommend and can not wait for my tenancy to finish so I can be done with this agency. Left without heating for over a month, I paid for a repair they refused to reimburse, has engineers enter my property without authorisation (he knocked on my bedroom door whilst I was asleep) Many issues throughout tenancy, intimated by Anna and given false information that rent would be taken through garantor when we withheld rent due to no heating. I fell ill and had to hospitalised due to the greif and having to eat out and live with family members. Several complaints made with no resolution just more time wasted, asked for compensation which was always rejected along with wasting more times. This was mine and my partners first home together after getting married and the housing situation caused many arguments in my home. DO NOT USE!!

If I could I'd give no stars shocking service from this place had a propaty for around 18month worst mistake ever rouge landlords enter propaty do not do repairs to house visit propaty at all times Day and night uninvited and Anna the agent did nothing to stop this and says it's ok they do not protect tennents at all just out from money avoid at all costs
