Here at Astley Village Nursery your children will have a secure, happy, stimulating and caring environment, in which they will learn and develop through play and discovery. Your children will have the freedom to express themselves, and explore who they are as individuals. We have many activities which are set in place in order for your children to blossom and develop before they attend big school! Outside agencies such as Rhythm Time and All Stars attend our nursery weekly, so your children can take part in physical education activities and rhythmic sessions weekly with no extra cost!

There are currently 5 hard working, fun and loving staff who will care for your children and ensure that they have everything which suits your child's needs. Our terrific team are:

There are two rooms in which children will be based depending on their age. We offer places for children aged 9 months to 5 years old. For children who are under 2 years of age, they will be based in our "Baby Room". This room is filled with lots of fun activities for our babies to explore and discover to their hearts content in a safe, calm and quiet area. Children who are 2 and over will based in our "Big Room". This is where they will have age appropriate activities and toys which they can participate in and free play, letting their imaginations unwind and their adventures can take place! Children will always have fun activities set up for them to do, which will be a mixed of adult led and child initiated. A key aspect which is amazing about our nursery is that all of our children are not just limited to their age rooms. We frequently mix our children together, using sections of the "Big Room" to create a safe and fun corner for our younger children, so they can mix with children who are older. Doing this allows our older children to care for the younger, and it also gives the younger children role models who aren't adults. This is great for siblings, as they get to see each other and interact with one another regardless of their age.

Our opening hours are 9:00am to 3:30pm, and 8:30am early starts are available on request. Opening hours are during term time only.
