We contacted this gentleman to get our driveway done. He came in and quoted us. He promised us everything would be done as per the agreed finish date and the agreement. He ended up finishing 9 days late. Within that period he did not answer calls or texts or emails. He literally ignored us to the point we thought he wasn't returning. Part of the driveway agreement was a soak away and membrane to stop weeds coming through. He missed these out. These are essential for a quality finished product. Taking shortcuts. He contacted us on the day he 'finished' and said he needs payment immediately (he did not provide any notice). He threatened us with taking the drive away if we didn't pay. He didn't allow me to come and inspect the work before paying. So i had to pay. All in all i would not recommend these guys for any work. Lee Franklin is the owner and if you want to be ignored by him when your expecting work done on time then choose these guys!
