Story

Aspire Restaurant Bar is our training facility for Trafford College hospitality students. You will be served by future front of house specialists, as part of their training, which may lead them to careers in restaurant and hotel management.
The food is cooked by our young chefs, eager to demonstrate the fantastic skills learned in our professional kitchens under the expert guidance of our chef lecturer team.
Aspire Restaurant Bar is the perfect showcase for the talented young people in our community. The restaurant lecturer is always delighted to receive feedback about your experience in Aspire.

One of the best lounges I have ever been to is the Air Canada Lounge. Every aspect of this lounge, from the food to the desserts, atmosphere, and design, is exceptional. The variety and quality of the food are impressive, with a wide selection of delicious options to satisfy any palate.Food: 5/5

This was long overdue, extensive drink menu but you have to pay for most of it. Food is very limited in comparison to most lounges. It’s just ok. I wouldn’t rush to the airport early to spend time here. You also need to leave the lounge for the bathroom. I definitely wouldn’t pay for this.Food: 3/5
The ambiance is great, the lounge is much quieter compared to the general Billy Bishop departures area. Service and food selection is great and comparable to, if not better than, the food options in the departures area. Highly recommend if you have access. You can even pay per visit if you don't have access! $55/visit as of 2023-06.Food: 5/5
Fantastic! We’ve been in a few lounges at international airports all over the world & a lot of them can’t compare to this lounge, in this little island airport. The staff are lovely and attentive. The lounge is huge and has tons of yummy food & beverage options. Food to go. There was only one other patron in the entire lounge. Very modern & clean. Even had turkey dinner on Thanksgiving!
This domestic lounge is amazing - better looking than the Pearson Air Canada Cafe, and definitely nicer than the Plaza Premiums. They got yummy food options, a selection of complimentary drinks and even cocktails with some more for purchase. Amazing atmosphere. Also maybe because it just opened and not popular yet, all the workers are very friendly. It's also available on Priority Pass!
Wow! Just wow! I travel a lot for business and find myself frequently at Pearson Air Canada lounges. But I am so thankful to find out that Billy Bishop has this incredible new lounge. Food? Amazing. Drinks? Fantastic, and a rotating menu of specialty seasonal cocktails? Yes please! And the service? Well let’s just say I’ve never had such a welcoming and lovely experience. Honestly for me as a frequent flying, paying slightly more for this absolutely superior experience is well worth it. This lounge may change where I do most of my business and personal travel. It’s that good! Riz was so helpful, welcoming and kind. He is really the cherry on top of a very comfortable and convenient lounge experience. Highly recommend, obviously.
