For the size of the airport this business lounge is exceptional. Plenty of room in a fresh and well laid out lounge. I believe it’s quite new and you can tell. Food offerings are good and offer hot and cold options. A good section of drinks as well. Of course I went for the whiskey !! Which was excellent. Not sure if it’s limited to only British Airways Business customers but it a Very good experience.
Excellent lounge with great service and good food. Drinks include various beerincluding draft Brewdog. Spacious seating, clean amenities - one of the better lounges I’ve been to in the UK.
Been in 3 lounges today this is definitely on top of them all. Tasty hot food and alcohol free beer, none of which available in other lounges, a friendly and efficient service too. Happy customer
Nice lounge to relax before your flight. They make a real effort coming up with a changing menu every other week. Descent chairs, work station with charge points available. Visit limited to 3 hours. Limited amount of drinks and menu items. But it's more than satisfactory. Well done Aberdeen!
With welcoming, friendly staff and great views of the runway, this lovely lounge is a great place to start your holiday. It has one of the best menu's we've experienced on visits to various international lounges. The food is of a very high standard and the service is equal to it.
I visited on a business trip and had a great experience. I found a table with a power socket and began working. I sampled a number of items from the menu and enjoyed every bite. Server was fast, professional and served with a smile.
Nice views of the runway, but poor service. Food is pretty bad and both the waiters and the kitchen messed up my order when requesting a gluten-free meal due to food intolerances. You would expect people working in catering to be more considerate of food intolerances and/or allergens.
Great views and good staff but table service in a lounge makes no sense at all. It took 20 mins just to order. Apparently this is because of covid - it’s 2023 in a few hours so pls no more covid excuses! I wasn’t able to eat and was there for 40 mins - this is totally unacceptable for a lounge
Chaotic, inefficient table service. I wasn't given a menu neither were many other parties. After the waitress gave me one and promised to return, I was then passed over while the nearby tables who arrived after me ordered and received food first. Getting the attention of a passing staff member proved fruitless as they immediately fobbed me off - instructing me to wait for the one elusive person taking orders on the other side of the busy room. I eventually went to the person at the front desk, who helped track down the waitress, but nobody was particularly apologetic. I got my food just as my flight started boarding. The food was fine, and I probably just got unlucky, but clearly they need more staff taking orders and/or a better system for keeping track of which tables are waiting to order. Or better yet, they could go back to the buffet style lounge they operated before.
Pretty fine lounge. Was in here early morning. Breakfast was good. Pleasant surroundings to relax in before your flight. The drinks selection at the bar appeared to be good, but didn't partake in this occasion. One small point... Given the size of the lounge, the toilet facilities are inadequate.. only one gents toilet and one urinal.
