Gone really down hill food is disgusting for what you are paying service is awful waiting ages for drinks will not be coming again and have always used lounges
Only 2 staff, very polite though. Very slow in serving drinks, refilling food and clearing up. Dont use the south unless you have no option. Not worth the fee paid.
Good food, quiet and comfortable
You are forced to pay as they will refuse priority pass access.
Poor, unclean, rubbish selection
