The service at this casino is atrocious. Firstly the Asian bouncers are clearly racist! They didn’t believe my age when they asked me to produce ID. Yes I look young for a 35 year old man not my fault that I am blessed with superior genetics. Their behaviour was crude to say the least. Secondly the service at the bar was so bad I almost had a breakdown. I brought a drink but the mistreatment I went through I’ll never forget. As soon as the bar staff saw me they all deliberately avoided me leaving me waiting to be served. This is black on black crime. It’s a sad world we live in when black bar staff lack professionalism, can’t seem to do their job properly. Maybe it’s because I’m so good looking it’s offensive to others I don’t know. It took 30 minutes to be served, 30 minutes to attain one drink at the bar. Why? Because clearly the staff didn’t like the look of me and decided to neglect me. It was really sad. This is why I have never returned since and I never will. Management need to train their staff properly in ethics and manors. This is unacceptable. Everywhere I go I am the most polite, respectable customer and I except the same form of service. The service at this facing was so bad it motivated me to travel to Las Vegas. Where REAL casinos exist and customer service is authentic. The racist bouncers and racist bar staff should be ashamed of themselves. It felt like I was in an asylum then a casino. Shame on these people.
This place is massive and has plenty of gaming tables. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are free as you would expect and the staff are very nice.
Came here multiple times. Actually a good casino and a good experience. However, on my most recent visit when initially going to enter the casino, I was told by the security man that I was intoxicated, despite not drinking at all that night. To be fair to the bouncer, he wasn't horrible or rude about it but I couldn't understand why I wasn't allowed entry when I hadn't even had a drink. Multiple people were with me and could see I was fine. I'm not sure if my generally happy personality was misunderstood for being drunk? However, we was told to go and get something to eat and come back to the casino 30 mins later to be able to come in. We did exactly this. The bouncer had changed at this point but he was very friendly and I had no issue entering the casino on return 30 mins later. Generally things worked out in the end and had a good rest of our experience but was disappointed by the initial questioning. I am expected to enter the casino like a robot? I feel like if I'm having a laugh and joke with friends this gets interpreted as being intoxicated. Hopefully this was a one off but I don't want to be spending money on food outside of the casino before I can enter each time in future...
The service I received at the bar in this venue was disgusting. Not only did the manager and the security team intimidate and bully my friend for having his leg on a chair whilst there were other men in the venue sleeping with their feet on chairs who were not told off but when I alerted both the manager and the team members on shift that I had seen a mouse running across the floor I was told that “it’s hard to control in a venue this size so it is what it is” .. I work in a similar industry and I know this is complete rubbish. I am absolutely disgusted by this comment alone and you should not be eating from an establishment that has mice running around and is clearly not an issue for the staff that work there. Absolutely appalling service.
A very good selection of gaming machines and plenty of tables but no craps sadly. Food options appalling and meant I left earlier than I would have done and whilst still in profit. Las Vegas this ain't.... at 1am food options were crisps, nuts and chocolate I remember Casinos just getting lively then and serving full English Breakfast from Midnight. Not here, a poor man's version of a casino
Very disappointed! I've been there before 4 years ago and I just visited couple days ago and it's a big difference. 1- No staff 2 - the slot machines are dirty and chipped 3- there is NO dress code 4 - everyone in this place is vicious and angry it's a shame that it's the biggest casino and so bad, I rather go to the local casino at least everyone is friendly and clean. P.S: we played blackjack or whatever they call the croupier was great but the rest...
The place has got worse... I have been going to Aspers infrequently for the past 10 years and this latest experiene made me decide that it was time to move on. Granted, it was a Monday and it was during the day but they had no Blackjack tables open, two roulette tables that were full and a few three card poker tables open. I asked a member of staff where the Blackjack tables were and he was adamant that the three card poker was Blackjack! Needless to say that Aspers needs to train it's staff better. The selection of games to play was pretty poor and I doubt I will be venturing back anytime soon.
Well well Disgusting dirty place Should call it asspershole Management get of your backside and improve the place you allowing large group of kids banging on the machines. Toilets stink please wake up and smell the coffe beans. No offence you guys should make it into public toilets great image have a great Christmas and keep up the great work you i am proud of you as regular not any more.
Love the venue but service a joke. Half hour wait for beer and there is only eight people ahead of me. Need to have staff who can serve. All of them would not survive in a pub. Sadly won't be rushing back. Everyone complaining in queue.
Great relaxed place, nice staff, nice terrace, food can take a long time to arrive
