I placed an order for a dress from the ASOS website on June 1st 2022. Order number 739355839. The dress was for my baby shower in July. I waited for the dress to be shipped but never received a tracking number and was told there was a delay. I asked customer service to cancel the order once I realized it wouldn’t arrive in time for my shower. Customer service told me that they couldn’t cancel my order and that they would instead escalate my issue to someone and that I would have to wait to receive the order and once it arrives I could then process a return to get my money back. After several weeks I saw that the item still hadn’t been shipped. I’ve gone back and forth with customer service about getting refund on this order that was never shipped and at this point I no longer wanted the item after having to buy another dress for my shower. They’ve given me the run around and often disconnect the chat leaving me with no resolution. My last customer service contact was July 19th and I was told I would finally get a refund. That was 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a refund or an update on the refund. I contacted customer service…again …today and was told to look out for an email..the chat again mysteriously disconnected. This is absolutely ridiculous and quite honestly robbery! I paid for an item 2 months ago that Was never shipped. I shouldn’t have to fight this hard to be refunded!! I do not recommend anyone order from them. Sadly, I’m one of many with this type of issue and ASOS nor their corporate offices care to resolve these issues for customers.
I have ordered pants for a gift, at first glance everything was fine, but when I delivered the gift the pants were missing a button and it was also noticeable that they had been used before, since the pockets contained sand. In the end I didn't return it because they didn't have any more sizes, the person liked it and decided to put the button on it. I had a very good opinion of the page, but this experience disappointed me.

I placed an order for Black Friday, without giving me a reason they canceled it and they say that they will refund the money in 10 days which will affect my Christmas shopping leaving me without the right to enjoy these sales since they do not give me a solution and neither the money immediately to be able to solve with another company. I think it's a big scam. Apart from without any logical explanation
I would give 0 if I could. I waited from November and it is January now for my refund but it is still not processed yet. I ordered my wedding dress and some party dresses with them. They came in so late when I was already out of country for my wedding. I talked to customer service a zillian times but none of them at least was tryin to help. Especially that manager Gladys and her subordinate Tristan were so incompetent to tell me I have to wait until late Feb although the previous agent had gave me an ultimatum for a manual refund. They were absolutely the worst customer service I ever dealt with. Never shop with asos again. Do not buy from them, at least if you shop for an important plan.
Blocked my account after only half my order arrived on time- had been told remaining items would either be resent/refunded. Was promised a refund, had account blocked and told to cover costs of any returns. Was then told that the blocking of my account was being reviewed- have since been told that was a complete lie. Now having to attempt to resolve the issue through my payment supplier.
The worst company I've ever worked with. The item was not delivered to my local shop as I requested, then the courier company delivered it to my home address where I did not request. I was not able to pick up the package and it has been lost. Despite their promise to refund me, ASOS blocked my account the next day and asked me to claim it through my bank.
Would give zero stars if possible. Missing parcel. Company uses Evri as their courier who are totally unreliable. ASOS customer services have just repeated the same nonsense each time I’ve contacted them in the last 2 weeks ie ‘your parcel will arrive in the next 2 days’.Been told 3 times the issue had been escalated with Evri, then told today this hasn’t happened. No way to escalate the issue or speak to a supervisor. After this experience I will never use ASOS again. Avoid.
Terrible delivery experience. They pass incomplete address to DHL which delays delivery and becomes a nuisance. On another occasion when they do pass the correct address, their supplier - DHL delivers really poorly they try at time different than promised and even though house being full - the delivery person claimed nobody was there. I gave them 2 chances and have no appetite for more disappointments. There are other shops. @Asos - you’d be better off if you owned the CX a bit more.
Canadians beware!!!!! Do not shop at Asos. You will not be able to get your refund from customs as thier website states if you choose to refund your products. You will only receive refund for what you purchased. I paid $613 in customs fees and have not been able to get anything back despite all efforts. No help from Landmark global or Asos. Your request WILL be denied as Landmark global the courier they hire to ship to Canada does not respond to any requests for documentation you will need to obtain your custom refund from thr Canadian Border Service Agency CBSA. Terrible company! They should be using another courier but clearly do not care about any of the Canadian customers enough to do so. CBSA mentioned they have so many unresolved or denied cases due to the fact Landmark/Asos have not helped canadians produce the customs documents proof of import and export required for them to provide the customs fees refund. Just shop somewhere else. Not worth it. All the best! Rachel
