The food is good, but not the best, especially when 1 starter, 3 mains, 1 kid menu and 4 drinks set you back almost £100. Please mind the portions are medium and some may still feel hungry after . The staff are really friendly and polite. The restaurant and the toilets are very clean. Recommended if you want Italian food, as the alternative is much worse.
I haven’t eaten here for over 7 or more years. We booked a table for lunch. The waiting staff were very good. Plenty choices on the menu and vegan options. I had the salmon but it was over cooked so a little dry. We weren’t rushed to leave. Make sure you have money in the bank as this branch doesn’t take cash … when questioned about that they explained the bank affiliated to Ask doesn’t take cash in the local area so they have to drive out of town.
It’s a really nice restaurant. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The highlight for my young son was the Spider-Man toy that they move and hide every day. He spotted it and they moved it to the spot he suggested .. a nice touch A varied menu and the children had some nice options too. The kids menu was £7.25 for 3 courses which is good value. I cannot have dairy and the vegan mozzarella called Mozzarisella is lovely. Not quite like the real thing though still really good
Pretty decent experience, friendly staff, tasty food. Slightly on the pricey side and combined with smaller than expected portions, meant they fell down on value for money. I think this is very close to 4 stars and had they not forgotten to bring the starter first and had the cucumber and carrots not been really try it might have been 4.

Good location, great menu and choice of food. The service wasnt very friendly but was efficient.
Limited availability for seats. Limited out of stock menu. Noisy and food was below average. Waiter was very polite though.
First time at an Ask. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food as well as the portion sizes. Really lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Sadly they seemed a bit short of people so the wait times were a tad longer than wanted..but nothing to be hung up about. We enjoyed our time there and our food was delicious! Vegetarian options: We requested vegan menus - the website did show 5 main vegan pasta dishes and the restaurant only ended up having 2 options. But.. the pomodoro was lovely. Would definitely go back! At least the rosemary bread starter.. mmmm Kid-friendliness: Really good for kids, kids menu had a pasta or pizza option. The vegan one had a kids pasta or goujon option too. Lovely.
Booked a meal before a cinema visit. Just as well we booked they were busy! But despite that we were looked after in an efficient and friendly manner. Food was very good, fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back!Food: 5/5
Meal for 5 adults last night. Good food, reasonably priced when discount code used. Friendly, helpful staff although service was a little slow. The restaurant was busy and it would appear they are understaffed. I would visit again.
