Lovely food, great customer service and very fairly priced. Excellent table service today 4th sept credit to the lady serving us, she really does go above and beyond. Couldn't falt the food, all great and will be back many times over. Kid-friendliness: Staff very interactive with the children. Fantastic child's menu and activities for children to undertake whilst waiting for the food to be cooked.
On entry, we were greeted by a lovely staff member, very polite and gave us a choice of table, all staff were so friendly and professional, I love how they ask if anyone has any allergies prior to ordering so that they can cater for anyone, the food was beautiful, drinks were refreshing and I love the way of paying for it using a scan code. Will definitely be back again.

The food was really nice but the service was awkward and very unhelpful. Both my friend and I have a Blue Lights card and were paying separately for our meal. But only one of us was allowed to use it, despite two separate meals and two separate transactions.
Shocking service at Metrocentre ASK. Whoever was on the staff at 5-30-7.00 13/11/12 was appalling. They forgot about us multiple times, didn’t listen to any of our requests, and even though they insisted the restaurant was ‘dead’, we were told after 40 minutes of waiting that they had ‘messed up’ and hadn’t even got our order in the kitchen…. Ended up waiting almost triple the normal time, and was offered the joke of a free drink for our troubles. Absolutely appalling and the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
Starter of Prawn butterfly was gorgeous at 7.75 but the main meal of chicken in crumbs with chips and mushroom sauce was a let down.Not much sauce and it wasn't very tasty.Not worth the £15.50 it cost.Nice place though with nice staff.Other meals may be better.Food: 3/5
We were quite disappointed with our visit. The starters were lovely but we were not impressed with the service. Staff were friendly but disconnected , overall was a bit of a shame
Best Italian chain restaurant. Fast service, friendly staff good quality for the price point.
Meal was excellent. We were a walk-in group of 8, with 4 boisterous kids. We were treated excellently, had to take a picture of the balsamic vinegar so that i could order some. It was simply immense.
Great service and a nice meal. There was a decent menu for the kids with puzzles and colouring to keep them entertained. Would recommend a visit. The down side would be £5.50 for a pint, a bit extortionate.
