Good looking restaurant with a very friendly and helpful staff. The food was average compared to other Italian restaurants that I tried in the UK or Italy for similar price. The size of the meal was decent. If you are not very demanding about food this is a good place where to go with friends or family.
Nice setting and good food, bearing in mind its a chain so wasn’t expecting too much. Excellent service by our waitress.

I used to stay clear of this restaurant because it's part of a chain, however, we have not had a bad meal there. The staff are always friendly and helpful, always a pleasant dining experience at lunch or dinner and a nice though not extensive choice or wine. It is also a good place to take the family as it caters for all ages. Kid-friendliness: There was a good children's menu, however my grandsons decided that they wanted adult sized portions as they were hungry! The younger one enjoyed the puzzles etc on the back of the menu.
A great building in Faversham. We went as a family celebration group and they dealt with us fine. Even keeping three separate bills running so we all paid easily for our own items. The food was excellent and served efficiently 11 of us Vegetarian options: As usual Italian food does vegetarian well. And with a vegan swap of the mozzarella everyone was catered for. Dietary restrictions: Plates came clearly labeled with vegan and or gluten free so no mistakes could be made.
Great location,the usual variety on the menu, the staff are very friendly but not trained waiting staff it was a drama to get the voucher codes sorted the drinks order was taken but our drinks sat on the bar for ten minutes my son got up and got them the staff did not notice. The meal was superb a reasonable brake and we were offered the desert menu ....that was the last time a member of staff came to our table..we paid the bill and walked to the Sun for dessert and more drinks the staff in the sun were very accomodating....
It's a lovely old building with a nice outdoor courtyard for summer. Food is good, not great, fairly standard for this kind of place. Kids enjoy the 3 course menu, which is good value.Food: 3/5
Service was very poor. Many of us didn’t receive our starters, mains took an incredibly long time and when they came out, they weren’t good. Some of us received child-sized portions of cold pasta and my mum’s pizza was a soggy mess. My dad’s main didn’t even turn up, initially. Only when he asked them politely of course to cancel his order, it then turned up. Didn’t bother having desserts. I don’t like to write bad reviews and I will say that staff are quite friendly people. However, the service was just unacceptable.
There was 2 waitresses and 2 cooks working. There was glasses left on tables after people left. We were in there was 90 mins and no tables were cleared. After we were given our bill I had to look for a waitress - which there was none. I think they were all having a fag break It is clearly understaffed and staff are overworked. Although the food was good, I wouldn't come back because the atmosphere was terrible.
