This the first time I've been to an Ask, my brother has been going on about it for a while now, so we went for his birthday. We went a lot earlier than normal, got there for 12.15pm and we were the first ones in. We had the lemon shots which are nice for putting in water Loved that. Atmosphere is good, spacious and not cramped up around the tables. The staff was good and friendly. Food was excellent, really tasty and fresh, we all enjoyed our individual meals and really filling. It's the first time I've left some food in a plate due to not being able to finish it in a positive way, was quantity with quality. I'll be honest even my 4 year old loved her food. We didn't stay for dessert but we shall have a go on our next visit.
This was my first time dining at ASK Italian. I was very pleased with the quality of the food. Our meals were delicious and flavoursome. There was a good selection to choose from for all courses. Very polite and friendly staff. The restaurant was we'll laid out and very clean. I would highly recommend a visit.
Very nice food with friendly staff. This is the second "Ask Italian" I've been to and prefer it over "Pizza Express" I had the beef brisket bolognese and my friend had a pollochicken calzone and had the rosemary and sea salt bread for starters that alone is worth 5* was very tasty. but costly The restaurant was quiet so we was able to sit where we like. It was very clean with lots of windows that light a lot of light in. Looking around I saw a small disco ball with didn't seem upset the overall look of the place. There was also some hanging potted plants. I gave it 3* because there is no free house bread for any pasta orders Also you'll find 2 small shot glasses in the table for a free sampling of lemonade. But I didn't not receive any on this visit.

Fantastic experience. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable before you have even ordered your food. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice, pleasant atmosphere and quality food in Sutton Coldfield. Prices are varied but are reasonable and definetly excellent value for money.
The first member of staff that served us was awesome, really attentive and helpful and for my boys 7th birthday he bought us a round of lemonade shots! For my order I asked for some fried with the kids meals - well the waitress that eventually served us never bought them but charged us for them? My main, well it had little to no flavour; the mushroom sauce was awesome but not enough to make all the food taste nice. Shame as this was meant to be nice night out

We came here for my sons Birthday. Absolutely nothing was too much to ask! The food, service and staff were exceptional. Many thanks especially to Phoebe and Ian you made our evening special.
Always love the food at Ask. First time at Sutton Coldfield restaurant and the service was excellent, food came out super fast. Everything spot on. Made date night with my beautiful wife of 30 years a great night. Will definitely be back.
Lovely place with great food. Visited here on a Thursday early evening. Got a table right away. Ordered some drinks and a pizza each. Pizzas came promptly but mine was a little cool. Told a member of staff and they got me a new one right away which was much hotter. First time visiting an Ask Italian and would definitely recommend it.
